At Powertrain design company, every product is carefully crafted, inspected, and packed to ensure it reaches you safely. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how and when your order will be delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All PT Arts products are made-to-order or finished-to-order.

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days after order confirmation.

  • Processing time may vary slightly during high-demand periods, sales, or unforeseen circumstances.

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.


2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • Once dispatched, delivery timelines generally range between 4–10 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier partner.

  • Delivery timelines provided are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as weather, regional restrictions, or courier delays.


3. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping (if applicable in the future) will be governed by separate terms and duties/taxes as per destination country regulations.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Any additional charges such as re-delivery attempts due to incorrect address details may be borne by the customer.


5. Address Accuracy

Customers are requested to ensure that:

  • Shipping address

  • Pin code

  • Contact number

are accurate and complete at the time of placing the order.

PT Arts will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared.

  • Tracking updates are subject to courier partner systems and may take up to 24 hours to reflect.


7. Delivery & Unboxing Advisory (Important)

  • Customers are strongly advised to record a clear unboxing video upon delivery.

  • This is mandatory for raising any claims related to transit damage or missing items (as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy).


8. Damaged Packages in Transit

If the outer package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Please record a video before opening the package

  • Contact us immediately via the official support email mentioned on our website

Claims without proper evidence may not be eligible for resolution.


9. Delays & Force Majeure

PT Arts shall not be held liable for delays caused due to:

  • Natural calamities

  • Government restrictions

  • Courier or logistics disruptions

  • Events beyond reasonable control
