We take great care in designing, manufacturing, and packaging every PT Arts product. As our products are made using specialised manufacturing processes such as 3D printing, we request customers to read the following policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product is physically damaged during transit, or

  • The product received is significantly different from what was ordered

To initiate a return request, customers must contact us at the official email ID provided on our website within 48 hours of delivery.


2. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Strict Requirement)

For any claim related to damage, breakage, or missing parts, a clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must:

  • Start before opening the outer packaging

  • Clearly show the product being taken out

  • Clearly show the issue claimed

Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted, as we cannot verify transit-related damage without this proof.

3. Manufacturing Characteristics (Not Considered Defects)

PT Arts products may be manufactured using 3D printing and precision fabrication techniques. As clearly mentioned on our product listings and images, the following characteristics are normal and expected, and do not qualify as defects:

  • Visible layer lines

  • Minor surface texture variations

  • Slight top-layer unevenness

  • Minor stringing or print marks

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these characteristics.
Returns or refunds will not be provided for these reasons, as they are disclosed upfront on the product page.

4. No Returns for Change of Mind or Personal Preference

We do not accept returns or refunds in cases where:

  • The customer does not like the product after delivery

  • The product does not match personal taste or expectations

  • The customer claims dissatisfaction despite the product matching the listing description and images

Please ensure you review all product images, descriptions, and dimensions carefully before placing your order.

5. Refunds (If Approved)

If a return request is approved after verification:

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected

  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Products returned without prior approval

  • Customised or made-to-order items (if applicable)

7. Final Decision Authority

PT Arts reserves the right to accept or reject any return or refund request based on:

  • Evidence provided

  • Compliance with this policy

  • Product inspection results

Any decision made by PT Arts in accordance with this policy shall be considered final.
